Scope of Work:
• Remove all furniture out of the mentioned offices into a dry place to be provided by the customer.
• All supply and return of air conditioning in and out of the affected rooms will be blocked while the work is
performed, to avoid cross contamination with the rest of the building.
• Surface cleaning and treatment with biocide to desks and other hard surface furniture.
• Build containment barriers on all 3 rooms to avoid any cross contamination while contaminated materials
are being handled.
• Remove all baseboards, bag and discard
• Remove carpet and underlayment, bag and discard
• Remove drywall all around, 4’from the bottom, bag and discard
• Remove wall insulation, bag and discard
• Remove and inspect ceiling tiles for mold
• Inspect all walls above the 4’opening for possible mold, including the walls above the ceiling height ï‚·
While work is performed on each office, an air scrubber will be installed.
• HEPA vacuum of all surfaces will be done after removal of all contaminated material.
• Treat all open surfaces, walls, floor, ceiling with biocide as per Mold Remediation standards
• Professional Dehumidifying equipment will be installed on each office starting when the surfaces are deep
cleaned and treated and run for min 2-3 days until humidity in the room has been dropped to acceptable
levels.
